Social Media Coordinator
Are you always keeping tabs on the latest trending topics, news stories, and current events? Is your phone loaded with apps to make sure you’re never missing out on what’s happening? SeyferthPR is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and creative Social Media Coordinator to support our influencer coordination efforts across a variety of brands and clients. This role will focus on building relationships with influencers, managing influencer campaigns, and ensuring that brand messaging aligns seamlessly with content strategies across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media marketing, influencer relations, and a passion for creating engaging, on-brand content.
This position would:
- Identify and research influencers that align with client brands across various social media platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication, professionalism, and consistency
- Create and manage influencer outreach strategies, including direct outreach and influencer platform usage, to secure partnerships
- Assist in the development of social media content calendars, incorporating influencer-generated content for maximum impact
- Track campaign performance, measuring key performance indicators such as engagement rates, conversions, and brand awareness
- Prepare reports and performance reviews for clients
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing updates on influencer campaign progress
- Assist with social media research, planning, content creation and posting
- Assist with developing strategies to reach a wide audience through social and traditional media
- Facilitate and capture photo and video content at client events
- Assist with all aspects of external media communications
This full-time role offers:
- Competitive Pay ($50,000 – $55,000 per year)

Executive Administrative Assistant

Position Overview: The Executive Administrative Assistant will work closely with the President/CEO of SeyferthPR, handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex scheduling, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing high-level support to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the President/CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Complex Scheduling: Handle intricate scheduling tasks, prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.
- Office Duties: Oversee office supplies ordering, manage inventory, and ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.
- Communication: Answer phones, screen calls, and manage correspondence. Maintain professional communication with clients, staff, and external partners.
- HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. HR experience is a plus.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for the President/CEO. Some travel with or for the President/CEO may be required.
- Meeting Management: Schedule and organize meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare meeting agendas and follow-up action items.
- Writing Tasks: Draft and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in HR functions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. $18 to $25 per hour
