Videographer/Photographer

SeyferthPR is growing, and so are our clients’ multimedia needs. We are looking for a Videographer / Photographer / Multimedia Content Creator who can capture and produce high quality visual content with quick turnarounds.

Do you enjoy travel and capturing content in a variety of locations? This role may include travel to support client projects and event coverage.

This role requires someone with strong videography, photography, and editing skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can quickly turn events, projects, and client opportunities into compelling visual content.

Description

The Multimedia Videographer / Photographer will be responsible for creating and managing visual content, including video, photography, and occasional animation. This content will support client campaigns, events, and digital platforms including social media.

Travel is required and will vary based on client projects and workload. The role may involve local and regional travel, primarily throughout Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, to cover events, capture content, and support client initiatives, sometimes on short notice.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment. This role requires someone comfortable working independently in the field while representing SeyferthPR professionally with clients. SeyferthPR’ s media team works similar to a multi-media newsroom.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Capture professional video and photography for client projects, campaigns, and events.

Edit and deliver high quality multimedia content with quick turnaround times.

Produce content optimized for social media and digital platforms, including short form and vertical video for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

Expertise in professional video and photo production, including modern cameras and production equipment.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or other editing software.

Ability to capture and process images and video to achieve high quality results.

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and scene setup.

Ability to improve image and video quality through editing and post production techniques.

Experience organizing and archiving multimedia assets and maintaining a media database.

Knowledge of photography and videography best practices.

Experience covering live events, corporate events, or fast paced environments preferred.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptable, client friendly, and comfortable working with clients and team members.

Willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute new ideas.

Technical Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in video production, media, communications, photography, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Applicants should include a portfolio or demo reel showcasing video and photography work.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday in office, with evenings and weekends as needed based on client events and project workload.

Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
